Rated 1 out of 5 by Lizzy w from Faulty - not fit for purpose Only had these a few months , hardly worn and material come away at front ,side and inner lining , this is a manufacturing fault and not enough material sewn in but they won’t be replaced .Other reviews have same issue . I have other new balance that have not done this and worn a lot more too . Waste of money !

No sizes available for ages then when they came in stock the refund still hadn't been processed and still hasn't.i have been on to new balance 5 times and still nothing.DO NOT PAY WITH EGIFTS

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hammy85 from Too narrow I loved the look of these but despite being told by someone on their online chat that unisex trainers are a D width as standard, upon ordering and once they took my money the email confirmed they were actually a B width. They arrived and were obviously too narrow so went straight back! I wish you would make your sizing clearer on every pair of trainers, and show the width including the letter e.g Narrow (B) or Wide (D) etc so it's absolutely clear. It's so all over the place and as a woman who has to buy a D width it's very frustrating.
